What follows is a guide, not a list of requirements. If you are missing any point, write anyway: the message is received and recorded by the system, with no accounts or automatic subscriptions.
- Topic and framing Tell us in one line what it is about: family vegetable garden, laying hens, composting, seasonal preserves, well-being in the countryside, workshops, or guided visits to nearby farms. If it is a reader letter, tell us where you are writing from and what led you to do it.
- Measurements and scale of the space If the inquiry is about a garden bed, a homemade greenhouse, or a chicken coop, note the approximate size and how it is oriented. We do not need exact plans: a couple of references are enough to understand the context.
- Materials and current condition What you already have on the land or in the yard, what is missing, and what condition it is in. If there is an existing structure, a built compost bin, or a half-installed drip irrigation system, mentioning it helps avoid repeating steps.
- Times of the year and pace of work Tell us which season you are thinking about the task for and how much real time you can dedicate to it per week. Seasonal guides work differently depending on the climate and the availability of each household.
- Photos of the place, if you have them One or two images of the space, taken with a phone in full daylight, often say more than a paragraph. They are not required and are not published without your request.
- The result you imagine What you would like to achieve: a garden that produces well in autumn, preserves for the winter, a more organized chicken coop, a published article, or simply a response with guidance. Describing it in your own words is already enough.
