This page explains, plainly, what information Calmthy Farm receives when someone writes through the contact form or signs up for the weekly newsletter, what we use it for, and how its correction or removal can be requested.
When someone fills out the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number if provided, and the text of the message. That information is used only to read the inquiry and respond to it. No ID, address, or payment details are requested, and no account or user profile is created on the site.
The weekly newsletter with the workshop schedule and guided visits to nearby farms is sent to the email address the person provides when subscribing. Unsubscribing can be requested at any time by writing to our contact email, and from that point on the schedule is no longer sent.
The site may record basic technical data about the device and browser, such as device type, language, pages viewed, and browsing events, for measurement and operational purposes. First-party or third-party cookies may also be used for analytics. They can be blocked or deleted from the browser settings, although that may affect some features.
We do not sell or transfer personal data. Some external providers may process information on our behalf: site hosting, analytics services, and email or form providers. Those third parties access only what is necessary to provide the service and are subject to their own privacy policies.
Form messages are kept for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and its editorial follow-up. Newsletter subscription data is kept while the person remains subscribed or until they request to unsubscribe. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
Anyone may request access, correction, updating, portability, or deletion of their data, and withdraw any consent they have given. They may also object to the use of their data for analytics or for sending the newsletter. Requests are handled through the contact channels listed below.
